With around 50 test facilities and more than 300 tests carried out in parallel, we conduct over 11,300 tribological examinations each year on approximately 250 newly developed polymer compounds. These tests simulate real-world conditions, subjecting the materials to different movement directions and loads, including rotation, pivoting, linear motion, and tumbling. This rigorous testing ensures that our polymer bearings meet the highest standards of performance, durability, and friction coefficient, enabling them to withstand the demanding requirements of agricultural machinery.
